What we do

Four ways we help you move forward

Most people need more than one of these at once. We build a single coordinated plan instead of sending you to different specialists for each piece.

Debt Settlement

We negotiate directly with creditors to reduce what you owe on eligible unsecured debt, often significantly below the original balance.

Credit Report Repair

We dispute inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable items on your report with all three bureaus until they're corrected or removed.

See how disputes work →

Debt Consolidation

For clients who qualify, we arrange a single fixed-rate loan that replaces multiple high-interest balances with one predictable payment.

Financial Coaching

Every client is paired with a coach for monthly check-ins on budgeting, so the plan holds even after your last payment clears.

How it works

Four stages, one plan that holds

You'll always know which stage you're in and what happens next — no vague "we're working on it" updates.

1

Free financial review

We look at everything you owe, your income and your credit report together, and tell you honestly whether settlement, consolidation or repair fits best.

2

Program enrollment

You choose what to include in your plan. A dedicated case manager is assigned to you from day one — the same person throughout.

3

Negotiation & disputes

We contact creditors and bureaus on your behalf, sharing every offer and outcome before anything is finalized.

4

Debt-free, on record

Once balances are resolved, we confirm the updated status with each creditor in writing and hand you a clean file for your records.

Frequently asked

Questions people ask before enrolling

Will debt settlement hurt my credit score?+

In the short term, yes — settled accounts are marked accordingly and missed payments during negotiation can lower your score. Most clients see their score recover and often improve past where it started within 12–24 months of becoming debt-free.

What debts qualify for settlement?+

Unsecured debt — credit cards, medical bills, personal loans and some collections accounts. Secured debt like a mortgage or auto loan, along with federal student loans, isn't eligible for this program.

Do you charge fees before anything is settled?+

No. Under federal law, and as our own policy, we don't collect a fee until a debt is actually settled and you've approved the outcome. Fees are disclosed as a percentage of the enrolled debt, in writing, before you sign anything.

Will creditors stop calling once I enroll?+

Once a creditor is notified that you're represented, most direct contact with you should stop or reduce significantly. We handle communication and keep you updated on every offer.

Is there a tax impact from settled debt?+

Forgiven debt over $600 is generally reported to the IRS as income on a 1099-C. Your case manager walks through the likely tax impact for your specific balances before you enroll, so there are no surprises later.
